Chris Ostler – EPK
Of the many emerging musicians currently performing in the UK, Chris Ostler is one of the most exciting original artists on the scene.
He is a vibrant, lively act with a powerful voice and colourful chords that are cleverly woven together to resonate within others. Playing catchy, original pop/rock songs with a transatlantic country feel, he motivates and enthrals listeners, making meaningful connections between their stories and experiences with his own.
Performing as a dynamic package roaring full of emotion, solo or with his band, Chris wants to let all know that we can overcome barriers in life by believing in ourselves and others. Proudly neurodivergent, he wishes to help others and use music to make a positive difference in the world. Chris’ autism only serves to enhance the way he writes and plays.
Currently based in the South-West of the UK, Chris creatively blends musical elements to create memorable tracks that brim with emotion and energy. His music is influenced by regular visits to Canada when he was a child, giving Chris’ sound a ‘trans-oceanic’ feel. His mini tour in Toronto was an inspirational time. Performing with strong vocals and skilful guitar playing, Chris’ music blossoms with great prominence and power.
Chris loves to perform live and has dynamic energy and thirst for communicating with audiences. He is keen to connect far and wide welcoming opportunities to showcase his music adding to the fire that flares to his sound.
Chris’ festival ventures so far have included performances at Glastonbudget, The Big Feastival, Wychwood Festival, Homefarm Fest, Golden Coast Oceanfest, Radio Exe’s Party on the Green, Alsager Festival, Foodies Festival (Cardiff, Bristol & Exeter), Lakefest, Smoked & Uncut Festival and more!
